Loan really repaid
Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The repayment of the loan the Government provided to Prva banka, was not fictitious, which can be seen from the balance sheet, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Igor Luksic said.
“The assumption that the money was repaid fictitiously is wrong. Nothing has been repaid fictitiously but in full. There were €11 million on the account of the State Treasury and Regional Waterworks that day, and at the same time the budget’s debt to the Regional Waterworks was repaid at the request of the Directorate of Public Works,” Luksic told journalists at the Chamber of Commerce.
The Vijesti daily has published that repayment of the first instalment of a €44 million loan by Prva banka was illegal, adding that the official authority has been abused in the process and the amount of €11 million fictitiously repaid.

Average prices lower by 12.9 percent for all consumers
